Job summary

KUTHALA GROUP is seeking a Fleet Operations Specialist for its Brampton, ON location. You will coordinate dispatch, routing and scheduling to ensure timely service delivery, and monitor fleet performance while maintaining records and supporting safety compliance.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with fleet management systems and MS Office, and effective communication with drivers and teams. On-site work in Brampton is expected.

Role Description The Fleet Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Brampton, ON. This position is responsible for coordinating daily fleet activities, including vehicle dispatch, routing, and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. The specialist monitors fleet performance, tracks equipment status, and supports compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supporting preventive maintenance schedules, communicating with drivers and internal teams, and assisting with incident reporting and resolution. The role also involves collaborating with other divisions to support operational needs, optimizing fleet utilization, and contributing to continuous process improvements.
