Job summary

Finning Canada is seeking a Customer Fleet Coordinator to manage preventive maintenance planning for contract customers from start to finish, including machine hour monitoring, part requests, and coordinating with Customer Fleet Advisors and branch Service Planners.

The position emphasizes timely work orders, accurate invoicing of LLTI, and a strong commitment to safety, with a base salary between $52k and $55k, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education minimum.
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline considered an asset.
• Previous office or administrative experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Open work requests and coordinate parts with customer-facing roles to meet on-time delivery.
• Invoice completed jobs within LLTI target timelines.
• Monitor machine usage.
• Train and support other team members as required.
