Job summary

Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) in Aurora seeks an Operations Compliance Specialist to review front-end truck footage for overages and billable conditions.

You will document findings, apply charges, and coordinate with Fleet, Sales, Billing, and Customer Service to ensure billing accuracy and process improvements. The role emphasizes attention to detail, data integrity, and the ability to work across multiple software systems to support pricing, container sizing, and service frequency

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in fleet ops, transportation, waste management, billing, customer service, or related field is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable reviewing video footage and large data.
• Able to learn and work across multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Review camera footage to identify overages and billable service conditions.
• Document extra bags, overweight/overfilled containers, and other conditions with timestamped photos.
• Apply charges to correct customer accounts and invoices.
• Maintain records of charges with complete supporting information.
• Identify recurring overages and flag for follow-up and upsell opportunities.
• Work across TRUX, NAVUSOFT, ERP, CRM, billing, and fleet-management systems to ensure accuracy.
