Hermitage Processing Inc. à Hermitage, NL, recherche un travailleur saisonnier pour 30 heures par semaine. Le poste implique le déchargement et le conditionnement du poisson et des fruits de mer, avec transport sur site et pesée des cargaisons, dans un environnement froid et réfrigéré.

Responsibilities

• Décharger les poissons et fruits de mer des navires et les transporter à la zone de travail.
• Utiliser un chariot élévateur pour acheminer les poissons et fruits déchargés.
• Transporter les poissons et fruits vers la zone de travail.
• Peser les poissons ou fruits de mer, enregistrer le poids et les mettre en glace.
• Nettoyer les machines et les zones de travail immédiates.
• Mesurer et verser les ingrédients dans les silos des mélangeurs et broyeurs.
• Trier les poissons par espèce, poids et destination.

Tasks

• Unload fish and shellfish from fishing vessels and transport them by hand to the work area
• Use forklift to transport unloaded fish and shellfish from fishing vessels
• Transport fish and shellfish to work area
• Weigh fish or shellfish, record weight and pack fish in ice
• Clean machines and immediate work areas
• Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
• Sort fish according to species, weight and destination
