ESS Canada is seeking a First Cook to prepare high-quality meals in a camp setting, following corporate standards and safety procedures. The role requires accurate, fast cooking with mise en place, and rotation of duties within a dynamic kitchen team.
Candidates should have banquet or remote-camp experience, a recognized cooking certificate or Red Seal, and valid Food Safety Certification. Overtime and travel accommodations are part of the package.
The First Cook prepares food in accordance with applicable corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

The hourly wage for this position is $25.75.Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
