ESS Canada is hiring First Cooks to prepare, pre-cook and cook food according to corporate standards for high-volume dining environments. You will set up mise en place and ensure quality service at all times.
The role requires at least 2 years in banquet, restaurant or camp settings, a Food Safety Certification and a cooking school certificate. You must work well independently and in a team, with strong communication and physical endurance.

The hourly wage for this position is $27.25. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
