ESS Canada is hiring a Second/Baker Cook to prepare and cook food to corporate standards in a high-volume camp setting. You will mise en place, label and store products, and communicate with operations teams to ensure quality service.
Requires at least 2 years of cooking experience, breakfast and baking assets are helpful, and a Food Safety Certification is required. Must be able to work 10‑hour shifts with a 20/10 rotation; Indigenous applicants may be preferred.
Prepares food in accordance with applicable corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

The hourly wage for this position is $20.25. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
