Job summary

APi Group is seeking a Fire Service Coordinator for our GTA Mississauga office. The role involves organizing and scheduling Field Leaders for daily service calls, acting as the main point of contact for customers, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure timely on-site service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in administrative coordination, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Office Administration or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in an administrative/service coordination role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch Field Leaders daily.
• Answer calls and provide customer support via phone and email.
• Create service work orders and manage subcontractor PO issuance.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, scope, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with field leaders, customers, and vendors.
