Community Fire Prevention in Port Coquitlam is looking for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator. You will manage scheduling for Field Technicians and ensure efficient service delivery while collaborating with internal teams.

We are seeking outgoing individuals with a passion for providing excellent customer service to join Onyx-Fire BC as a full-time Scheduling Coordinator.
As a Scheduling Coordinator you will liaise between Field Technicians and clients by coordinating the scheduling of our services. Scheduling Coordinators multi-task between managing the schedules of our Field Technicians and collaborating with internal teams to ensure scheduled jobs are set up for success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
