Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a fast-paced service or administrative role, with strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced service, coordination, or administrative role.
• Experience in industrial, construction, or technical service environments is an asset.
• Scheduling or dispatching experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain schedules for field service technicians
• Create and manage customer work orders, ensuring service requirements are completed on time
• Communicate effectively with technicians to support service delivery and resolve issues
• Assist technicians with customer requests, inspections, and service coordination
• Prepare quotes and process invoices for service work
• Produce fire inspection reports and compliance certificates
• Maintain accurate client, product, and service data in ERP systems
• Provide responsive, professional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Support inventory management, including warehouse and truck stock replenishment
• Ensure administrative processes and recordkeeping are completed accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate safety leadership by following company HSE policies and best practices
