Job summary

Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. in Sudbury, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join our team. You will maintain, inspect and repair fire alarm, extinguisher, emergency lighting and other life safety systems to ensure reliable performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include verifications on fire alarm systems, completing work orders, and being on-call for emergencies. A CFAA certification and 2+ years of experience are required, along with a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• CFAA Certification required.
• 2+ years of training/experience in fire alarm systems.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
• Exceptional customer service skills and organizational skills.

• The successful candidate will ensure that the highest standard of system reliability and client satisfaction are met
• Perform verifications on fire alarm systems
• Complete work orders and report in a timely fashion

• Act as liaison between customer & Troy
• Understand and practice applicable ULC, CSA and Canadian Electrical codes and standards which apply to their area
• Other duties as required

Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Technician to join the Sudbury, ON branch.

As a Fire Alarm Technician, you will be required to perform duties of maintenance, inspections and repairs on fire alarm, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting systems and other life safety systems as required.
