Job summary

National Bank is seeking a Manager, Financing Solutions to analyze financial statements and credit information for commercial clients, preparing credit applications and financing offers in collaboration with Commercial Account Managers.

You will mitigate risks, develop financing scenarios, and present recommendations to Senior Manager and Credit, ensuring adherence to credit policies. The role supports an agile Commercial Lending team with flexible hours and a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in business financial services, credit analysis, or risk management.
• Strong experience in financial statement analysis and credit assessment.
• Knowledge of lending practices, risk mitigation strategies, and credit structuring.
• Commercial banking or business lending experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and credit information to assess creditworthiness of commercial clients.
• Prepare credit applications and financing offers in collaboration with Commercial Account Managers.
• Mitigate risks and develop financing scenarios that meet client needs and risk criteria.
• Present credit applications to Senior Manager and Credit with sound recommendations and ensure policy compliance.
