As a client financial services agent, you work closely with advisors and provide personalized support to members and clients. You help advisors deliver services and maintain business relationships. You are expected to take charge of members' and clients' immediate needs by offering simple and rapid solutions related to investment, financing, and protection, aligned with the action plan. You should utilize your interpersonal and communication skills to ensure satisfaction and service quality, following the organization’s standards and procedures. You will also provide significant business development support, assist members and clients, and promote products and services tailored to their needs.
