goeasy is seeking a Financial Service Representative in Bolton, Ontario. You will engage customers in person, by phone, and via email to understand needs and match them with suitable financial products.

You will educate customers on credit-building and drive cross-sell opportunities while managing collections with meticulous attention to detail. The role emphasizes excellent communication, a customer-first approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator, people- and results-oriented, with a drive to grow sales and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment, comfortable interacting with customers by phone, in person, or by email.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Motivated by sales in fast-paced, competitive settings.
• Able to pass criminal, employment, and credit background checks.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada full-time; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Educate and empower customers to achieve financial goals through suitable products and credit-building.
