The Client Finance team supports the business in reaching financial targets through planning, forecasting, pricing support, and ongoing finance support for clients and their programs. The team collaborates across several subsidiaries, including Mosaic, Premium, Actionlink, and Product Connections in Canada and the US.

ROLE SUMMARY:

This newly created position provides robust financial support to our Canadian and US client teams. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, reporting to the Finance Director, you will support the company's growth by working closely with client account teams (from manager to VP), the Premium accounting team, and finance teams across the Acosta Group.

RESPONSABILITÉS

1. Design and implement new finance processes
2. Review and create pricing for contract renewals and new projects/clients
3. Review invoices for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with billing terms
4. Review month-end results and perform variance analysis at client and project levels
5. Create quarterly and annual forecasts
6. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and margin improvement
7. Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
8. Support system changes, implementation, and training

LES QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• CPA in progress or completed is an asset
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Experience in process creation, modification, and documentation
• Familiarity with ERP systems or billing software
• Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, etc.)
• Experience with PowerBI or other reporting tools is an asset
• Experience in an agency or 3PL is an asset
