Description

The Client Finance team supports the business in reaching financial targets through planning, forecasting, pricing support, and finance support on clients and programs. The team works across several subsidiaries including Mosaic, Premium, Actionlink, and Product Connections in Canada and the US.

Role Summary

This newly created position provides robust financial support across our Canadian and US client teams. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, reporting to the Finance Director, you will support the company's growth by working closely with client account teams (managers to VP), Premium accounting, and finance teams across Acosta Group.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new finance processes
• Review and create pricing for contract renewals and new projects/clients
• Review invoices for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Conduct month-end variance analysis at client and project levels
• Create quarterly and annual forecasts
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and margin improvement
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
• Support system changes, implementation, and training

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• CPA in progress or completed (asset)
• 2-4 years of financial analysis or accounting experience
• Experience developing and documenting processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems or billing software
• Proficiency in Excel (XLOOKUPs, INDEX MATCH, etc.)
• Experience with PowerBI or other reporting tools (asset)
• Experience at an agency or 3PL (asset)
