Your Future Role

The Senior Accountant will manage month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting. You will analyze financial data, propose solutions, and support process improvements. This remote role reports to the Regional Head of Accounting.

Responsibilities

1. Implement and support accounting policies in line with IFRS and local regulations.
2. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and treasury regulations.
3. Prepare and assist with statutory and group financial statements.
4. Review journal entries and account reconciliations.
5. Perform analytical procedures to identify risks.
6. Enhance process efficiency through automation and improvements.
7. Support reporting system updates and internal controls.
8. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
9. Research accounting treatments and perform ad-hoc analyses.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in corporate accounting, IFRS or GAAP expertise.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and MS365.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with flexibility for <5% travel.
