We’re looking for YOU.

• Utilizes financial data to identify business trends and drivers of performance gap
• Prepares and updates various management level reporting and presentations, including P&L variance commentary, operational performance reports, quarterly Townhall updates, practice group profitability reporting, and other ad hoc requests
• Participate in the annual budget exercise by creating budget templates, collaborating with various departments to collect sales, SG&A, and FTE budget submissions, and consolidate projections
• Monthly actuals vs. budget reporting on departmental revenue and expenses
• Update and maintain Axis’ Financial Reporting Package (FRP) and Sales Reporting Dashboard for internal and external reporting

Must haves:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a fast-paced corporate finance/accounting role
• Post-Secondary Degree
• Professional Accounting Designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA)
• Experience using the Epic broker management system, preferred
• Experience in the insurance industry, preferred
