How you will contribute
  • Automate and transform reporting and capabilities within the finance function, leading digital transformation for category finance and FP&A.
  • Manage finance planning, performance management, and financial decision-making processes, including strategic planning, forecasting, target development, financial reporting, modeling, and decision support within a specific scope.
  • Support and lead key system implementations (e.g., S/4, o9).
  • Assist senior management and business units in preparing critical financial data and insights for strategic decisions.
  • Lead projects to improve efficiencies and promote continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a high-performing finance team, focusing on personal development, peer development, and talent pipeline within FP&A.
What you will bring
  • Technical expertise in financial planning, performance management, data structuring, analysis, reporting, and cost management, with proficiency in Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel coding.
  • Business acumen in consumer packaged goods, understanding of market dynamics, and regional/local experience.
  • Leadership skills, including business partnering and effective communication at a large regional or public company.
  • Growth/digital mindset with the ability to leverage technology for operational improvements.
  • Integrity and sound judgment aligned with company values, policies, and regulations.

As a Finance Manager, you will lead digital transformation efforts in Canada, partnering with category teams to support profitable decision-making and automation of financial reporting. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage a significant budget.
