Job summary

Country Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Calgary is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to drive financing, warranties, and aftermarket product sales while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will work with dealership teams, maintain knowledge of manufacturer incentives, prepare contracts, and coordinate funding with financial institutions. We value development, offer opportunities for advancement and employee pricing; AMVIC certification is an asset.

Qualifications

• Experience selling financing, warranties and aftermarket products.
• Knowledge of Alberta and Canadian financing, leasing and incentive programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selling financing, mechanical repair service contracts, GAP insurance and other aftermarket products to clients.
• Utilize dealership management systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain current knowledge of manufacturer products, rebates, financing, leasing and incentive programs.
• Read, understand and adhere to all rules, regulations and procedures as required by the employer.
• Work in strict compliance with the laws of Alberta and Canada.
• Ensure all work performed is thorough, accurate and completed on time.
• Preparation of all documentation, contracts, registrations, submissions, funding, commissioning, etc. related to all transactions and sales/leases of vehicles.
• Maintain all reports and records as required by the manufacturer, dealership and suppliers.
• Attend sponsored training as scheduled.
• Ensure quotes for products and services are competitive.
• Establish and maintain strong and professional relationships with all financial institutions, manufacturer finance centers and third-party vendors.
• Keep customers and staff updated on the progress of a vehicle delivery.
• Consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Valid AMVIC certification an asset.
