THE DEPARTMENT

The mission of the Accounting Department is to accurately account for every financial transaction in the general ledger.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a unique opportunity to join the team responsible for providing accurate, timely, and relevant financial information to management and external stakeholders. As the Senior Manager, Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of all accounting and general ledger reporting, managing record keeping and financial master data. THE ROLE

• Ensure that Aritzia's accounting records are accurate and complete
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Govern the financial data that builds our financial reporting
• Work with Business Support partners to lead the day-to-day department functions in support of corporate objectives, while enabling career development and a positive employee experience

QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager, Accounting, should possess:

• Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
• Significant accounting experience in a comparable role
• CPA designation
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business, and People Leadership principles

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $120,000 - $170,000 CAD per year. The final salary may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience. We are always looking for top talent; if your qualifications differ, the scope of work and salary may be adjusted accordingly.
