Job summary

Aramark's Carleton Dining Services in Ottawa, Ontario is hiring a full-time Data Entry Clerk on the Finance team. You will accurately enter, update and maintain financial data, process invoices, reconcile accounts, organize documentation and support reporting tasks to ensure the integrity of financial records.

You will coordinate with suppliers and assist with administration to support budgeting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous Data Entry experience.
• Fast and accurate keyboarding skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs.
• Willingness to learn and upgrade skills as needed.
• Criminal Background Check may be required after selection.

Responsibilities

• Enter supplier invoices into accounting system and review weekly purchase summaries.
• Coordinate with component managers to review inventory counts and enter information.
• Process weekly sales reconciliation and issue invoices for events.
• Communicate with vendors to reconcile accounts payable statements.
• Organize productivity reports.
• Filing, scanning and organizing paperwork.
• Other data entry duties required by management.
