Job summary

Uline is seeking a Collections Analyst - Bilingual (French) in Milton, ON, to manage accounts and drive timely payments. The role requires fluency in English and French, strong communication, and experience in collections or AR. Full-time, on-site work with standard hours.

You will work with Credit and Sales teams, maintaining records and resolving delinquencies while delivering excellent customer service. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a stable, ethical workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and French (bilingual).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.

Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
