What You Will Do:
- Provide on-site and remote tier 1 technical support to clients for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and basic networking issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking with precision and efficiency.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams while maintaining excellent communication with the client.
- Document customer interactions, solutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately in the ticketing system.
- Assist with user account setups, password resets, software installations, and system configurations.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software at client sites.
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and supported.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved and provide additional guidance where necessary.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve your technical expertise.
- Collaborate with your teammates to enhance service delivery and share knowledge.
- Travel to client sites as needed
What You Bring:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A passion for technology and IT support with a desire to build a career in the field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a professional IT setting.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous but not required.
