The Beer Store in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Supervisor, Stewardship Field Services (BDL) to lead on-site relationships with retail and return sites while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

This field-based role requires up to 80% travel, a valid driver’s license, and a track record in stakeholder management, program onboarding, and sustainability initiatives. Join a team building a modern, accessible returns network and advancing responsible packaging stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field required
• Valid G class driver’s license and access to a vehicle required
• 3-5 years related experience in field services or environmental stewardship

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and return sites and DRS stakeholders
• Organize and facilitate ECD contract discussions, sign-ups and renewals
• Onboard and train redemption and container return locations for DRS compliance
• Promote and monitor DRS operations across locations and ensure service continuity
• Resolve third-party disputes with a solution-focused approach
• Identify and investigate new partnerships, pilots, and service delivery methods
• Represent The Beer Store at stewardship and community events
• Support policy and network expansion via planning and communications
• Monitor accessibility and consumer return behavior; respond to inquiries
• Collaborate with marketing on DRS messaging and sponsorships
• Perform other duties as assigned
