Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. in Victoria, BC is seeking a Bottle Depot Supervisor to lead daily operations at the depot, supervise staff, ensure accurate inventory, coordinate shipping/receiving, and uphold safety standards across all tasks.

You will report to the Operations Manager, maintain clear records and weekly reports, handle customer and carrier phone inquiries, and assist with staff scheduling. Expect a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule with occasional weekend shifts based on business
