Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of after-sales service experience in construction, agricultural, mining, or industrial machinery.
• Manager position preferred: experience in customer management.
• Fluency in Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales technical support for machinery, including installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance.
• Respond promptly to after-sales requests and diagnose technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver training on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for customers and internal teams.
• Record and analyze equipment malfunctions and propose improvement ideas; feedback to R&D or quality management.
• Maintain customer relationships through regular visits and feedback and identify new business opportunities.
• For manager position: develop field service plans, oversee the team, and set performance goals.
