Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or Construction Machinery Maintenance.
• 3+ years of hands-on repair and maintenance experience on heavy construction machinery.
• Experience with excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, cranes or mining equipment preferred.
• After-sales service experience with a construction machinery manufacturer or dealer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site fault diagnosis, inspection, repair, and component replacement for construction machinery.
• Identify root causes from fault symptoms, diagnostics and test results, and develop repair solutions.
• Inspect and repair engines, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems; conduct testing post-repair.
• Travel to customer sites for field service, troubleshooting, installation, and PDI when required.
• Create service orders and document fault symptoms, root causes, procedures, parts, and results.
