• Installation, service, and ongoing maintenance of office product equipment usually within the specified area in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Achieves expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and level of experience.
• Provide excellent on-site service calls by promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with Toshiba service and products.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates technical trouble‑shooting abilities.
• Proficient technical skills and aptitude
• Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) and the ability to follow up to ensure closure of all issues.
• Must be a team player.
• PC Application and/or Networking fundamentals
• Possess a valid driver’s license and own a car.
