Production Service Technician
We're an industry leader that's rapidly growing our Technical Services division and have an immediate need for professional Production Service Technicians to delight our customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Offer outstanding service to our clients, managing call resolution issues in accordance with customer SLA agreements to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Leverage senior-level experience and specialized training in electromechanical equipment and advanced troubleshooting to perform repairs and maintenance on large-scale production equipment.
3. Perform comprehensive maintenance on assigned products, including diagnostics, software loads, installation, removal, retrofit, and using remote resolution software.
4. Take responsibility for customer satisfaction by serving as the primary contact and managing all maintenance, production, and supply inventories of the equipment.
5. Provide guidance to team members regarding policies, procedures, and best practices for equipment repair.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Senior electromechanical experience, including troubleshooting electrical circuits with a multi-meter and reading electrical schematics. Relevant roles include HVAC/Cable Internet technician, Electrician, Automotive Mechanic, Repair, or Military/Veteran experience.
2. Superior time management skills and reliability. Punctuality and dependability are highly valued.
3. Valid driver’s license, appropriate insurance, and a clean driving record, with background checks including Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
4. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for over 50% of the workday, with safety as a priority around electrical components.
