Primary Responsibilities
  1. Provide outstanding service to clients, resolving issues according to SLA agreements to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  2. Utilize your electromechanical expertise and advanced troubleshooting skills to repair and maintain large-scale production equipment.
  3. Perform comprehensive maintenance, including diagnostics, software updates, installation, removal, retrofit, and remote resolution.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing maintenance, production, and inventory of equipment.
  5. Assist and guide team members on policies, procedures, and best practices for equipment repair.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Senior electro-mechanical experience, including troubleshooting electrical circuits with a multimeter and reading electrical schematics. Relevant backgrounds include HVAC, cable internet tech, electrician, automotive mechanic, military, or veteran experience.
  • Strong time management and reliability; punctuality is essential.
  • Valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance; a Motor Vehicle Record check will be conducted.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for over 50% of the workday, with safety as a priority around electrical components.
  • Certifications relevant to the role are a plus.
