We are growing our Technical Services division and seek professional Production Service Technicians to provide excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service; resolve issues per SLA to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use advanced troubleshooting skills on electromechanical equipment for repairs and maintenance.
• Perform diagnostics, software loads, installation, removal, retrofit, and remote resolution tasks.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, managing maintenance and inventories.

Assist team members with policies, procedures, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Senior electro-mechanical experience, including troubleshooting with multimeters and reading electrical schematics. Relevant backgrounds include HVAC, cable internet tech, electrician, auto mechanic, military, or veteran roles.
• Excellent time management and reliability; punctuality and dependability are valued.
• Valid driver's license with appropriate insurance; MVR check required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive over 50% of the workday, with safety as a priority.

Certifications relevant to this role are advantageous.
