As a Production Technician I, you will play a crucial role in our Supply Chain, operating processing equipment according to SOPs, supporting activities like solution preparation, cell culture, purification, and formulation. You will work under qualified technicians, follow cGMP documentation, utilize MES systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Production Tech I: 0-1 years experience with a High School Diploma; ability to work independently or collaboratively; computer skills; ability to follow instructions; compliance with cGMP standards.
Production Tech II: 0-1 years experience with a Bachelor's degree, or >1 year with an Associate's, or >2 years with a High School Diploma; additional experience with aseptic/cGMP standards and bioprocessing environment; similar skills as Tech I.
Production Tech III: 1-2 years experience with a Bachelor's degree, >2 years with an Associate's, or >3 years with a High School Diploma; advanced bioprocessing experience; ability to work with minimal oversight; BS/BA preferred.
Degree in STEM preferred; prior aseptic/cGMP experience beneficial.
The annual base pay ranges from $56,072 to $84,108, with overtime, bonuses, and benefits including 401(k), paid leave, and health coverage. Details will be provided upon employment offer.
