About the role

We are currently looking for a customer focused Field Service Technician to join our WA team. Although your primary responsibilities will entail maintaining, installing and servicing Office Print devices, you may also be cross trained in additional devices and technology to provide relief support when required. This will be a hands‑on role, providing technical diagnostic support for our range of print equipment and ancillary products with associated software & services solutions. We are looking for a person who can work collaboratively within a self‑directed work team.

To be qualified for this position, ideally, your background and skills will comprise of the following:

  • Strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers, are essential attributes for this role.
  • A keen desire to learn and apply new skills will be encouraged in the Konica Minolta environment that fosters continuous employee development.
  • Applicants must possess a strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of excellent customer service, going above and beyond.
  • Support other service teams during peak periods through upskilling and cross training opportunities.
  • Ability to work autonomously, whilst keeping in contact with your team to ensure workload is consistent and transparent.
Who are we looking for?

  • Current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence
