Our client in Burlington, ON, is seeking a Field Service Technician (Mechanical) to join their team. This role involves travelling to customer sites across North America, delivering OEM engineering expertise, global supply network, and extensive knowledge base.

You’ll be part of a team of highly experienced management, engineering, operations, and manufacturing professionals committed to delivering success through innovative design, precision manufacturing, and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Deliver tailored solutions to customers, leveraging OEM design, innovation, equipment history, and expertise.

Build and strengthen customer relationships on-site, contributing to sales growth.

Lead site labor teams during service outages and / or provide technical guidance to customers and third-party crews to ensure successful service execution.

Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost productivity for assigned projects.

Support quotations and business development efforts at customer sites.

Qualifications

Mechanical technical diploma and / or 433A millwright license

Minimum 2+ years of experience in industrial or material handling equipment environments.

Experience with wallboard manufacturing or high-speed automatic palletizing systems is an asset.

Proven team player with a strong service mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Travel across GTA regularly with planned travel across North America
