SITECH helps civil engineering and construction customers leverage technology systems for their entire fleet of heavy equipment and survey needs.

Hourly Wage: $26.00 - $31.00 depending on experience.

This position reports directly to the Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in safe workplace safety, environmentally sound behaviors, and practices at all times in support of SITECH's health and safety policies and initiatives.
2. Repair, service, and support 2D and 3D heavy construction machine control and guidance systems, paving systems, mobile GPS technologies, payload systems, all components, and related software.
3. Provide field installation, system troubleshooting, repairs, and training/support for customers in the field.
4. Provide timely follow-up and resolution; remain current on open projects to minimize work backlog.
5. Manage service and support-related information, forms, and paperwork as directed by management and/or in accordance with company policies and procedures.
6. Perform inspections on equipment on job sites.
7. Ensure parts are ordered in a timely manner.
8. Maneuver efficiently and effectively within the region in all traffic situations.
9. Provide excellent customer relations in a fast-paced environment.
10. Be adaptable to on-call work schedules and willing to work in all weather conditions.
11. Ensure vehicle is maintained and organized.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
