Endress+Hauser Canada was founded on May 1st, 1990, with main offices in Burlington, Ontario, and additional locations in Montreal, Quebec, Calgary, and Edmonton, Alberta. Our Channel Partners and Authorized Service Partners support across Canada.

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide high-level technical support to internal and external customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing instruments on-site and in-office, commissioning, calibration, training, and participating in a 24 / 7 help desk rotation. The role requires effective communication to keep all parties informed about service activities and issues.

What is the role about?

Providing technical support, field validation, calibration, and training to customers, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication throughout service activities.

Tasks you will perform :

  • Work independently or with teams, including project teams and contractors.
  • Comply with Occupational Health & Safety Act (OH&S).
  • Support all Endress+Hauser and third-party products at customer locations.
  • Identify and generate sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, services, and product management.
  • Handle service calls professionally and promptly.
  • Complete and submit all required documentation.
  • Maintain continuous communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and address corrective actions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Post-secondary education in Instrumentation or Journeyman Instrument Mechanic certification.
  • 3-5 years of industry-related instrumentation or field experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Access, and other project tools is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75%.
