Acara Solutions is seeking qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our clients in Charleston, SC.
Responsibilities
- Rework and stamp pickups on all seat class types during aircraft build.
- Replace/troubleshoot faulty electronic components and other damaged parts, adjust misaligned panels/trim, assist with seat installation, and perform miscellaneous tasks.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Respond promptly to communication with customers and personnel.
- Build rapport with Boeing personnel and customers.
- Follow safety guidelines established by Safran/Boeing.
- Submit part order requests, understand POA/SOA processes.
- Drive company van safely within Boeing/Safran facilities.
- Attend daily standup meetings.
- Adhere to training requirements related to flight line, safety, and other courses.
- Coordinate with QA, Engineers, Leads, Technicians, and other personnel daily.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of field service experience related to troubleshooting and repairs on aircraft interiors
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Mechanical ability with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of CMMs, engineering drawings, and technical documents
- Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity
- Proficiency with smartphones/tablets
- Ability to work under stress, follow instructions, and complete jobs promptly
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability for various hours, including weekends
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer assignments
- Electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Participation in continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (2-4 weeks/year)
- Valid driver's license, clean record, and ability to obtain a passport
