Role: Field Service Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and repair robotics, welding, and vision systems.
2. Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and respond to service calls efficiently.
3. Train customers on equipment use and maintenance.
4. Maintain customer relationships and document technical visits.
5. Periodically handle technical issue calls.

Competencies:

1. Minimum 3 years as a Field Service Technician.
2. Mechanical, electrical, welding, robotics, or industrial maintenance license is a plus.
3. Strong English communication skills, other languages are a bonus.
4. Self-reliant with travel experience and welding robotics knowledge.

Qualities:

1. 80% travel, including international trips, especially in Canada.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. FANUC certification is advantageous.
