Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals
• Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems
• Support and maintain user account information including rights, security, and systems groups
• Identify, analyze, and repair product failures, order and replace parts as needed
• Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Perform a variety of complex tasks
• Work under general supervision with a degree of creativity and latitude

Basic tasks:

• Deskside software support
• High-end printer and multi-function laser component-level repair
• Server component-level hardware repair and software restore
• Basic network troubleshooting
• Smart Hands execution

Qualifications:

• Experience in the field or a related area; familiar with various concepts, practices, and procedures
• Ability to perform call-management in a Real-Time-Reporting environment
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

Certifications (Required):

• CompTIA A+
