Key Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls efficiently.
• Service electromechanical equipment, such as self-checkout systems, within your territory.
• Conduct maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and system overhauls.

Basic Qualifications

• Resident of the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in CA.
• Valid driver’s license with a suitable driving record.
• Basic PC, electronic skills, and familiarity with hardware and operating systems.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including long drives.
• Availability for rotating and weekend shifts, including some holidays.
• Ability to lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. alone, and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects of various sizes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• Certifications such as A+, CompTIA N+.
• One or more years of related experience.
