ABB's Mining & Material Service Team in Canada is seeking a field service engineer to perform on-site service work, maintain MV equipment, and support customers across North America. The role involves substantial travel to customer sites and requires a commitment to safety and quality.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.

Our Mining & Material Service Team supports customers on ABB systems and solutions throughout North America. Our customers operate 24x7 and rely on ABB to support from installation and initial start‑up, through to life‑cycle services to maximize the availability of the solutions provided by ABB and optimize their operations.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $67,500 and $99,000 annually and is bonus eligible.
