ABB is seeking a hybrid role in Western Canada to oversee delivery of service projects and customer care agreements within Automation Service Canada. You will report to the Field Service Manager for Alberta and Saskatchewan, coordinating engineering, testing, site work and sub-contractors to meet contract requirements and customer expectations.
The role requires at least five years in industrial control projects, experience with DCS, and strong communication skills.

This Position reports to:
Field Service Manager
Automation Service Canada supports customers with ABB automation systems and solutions, operating in a wide range of industrial and utilities markets, across Canada.
Our customers operate mission critical 24×7 processes which rely on ABB support through the entire life cycle of their installed systems. This includes installation and commissioning support and ongoing life-cycle services to help our customers optimize their operations.
In this role, you will oversee the delivery of Service projects and ABB Customer Care Agreements within Automation Service Canada within the western Canada region.
Reporting to the Service Manager for the Alberta and Saskatchewan region, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the customer orders.
The work model for the role is: hybrid - 2 days per week in the office.
This role is contributing to the: Automation Service business, supporting the AUEN and AUPI divisions in western Canada.
