Job summary

Domino Amjet is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site field service for Domino printing equipment. The role involves traveling to customer sites, installing, training, diagnosing, and repairing equipment to maximise uptime and performance.

You will collaborate with sales and service teams, deliver proactive support, and build strong customer relationships. A valid driver’s license and electronics background are essential for this field-based role.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience required.
• At least 2 years field service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations, vendors, and Domino offices.
• Provide field service for Domino printing equipment at customer sites with regular travel.
• Provide onsite technical training on operation, repair and maintenance of Domino products.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair system problems at customer sites.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to maximize uptime and align with production schedules.
• Provide telephone technical support including after-hours, weekends and holidays on call.
• Develop customer relationships and focus on retention and growth.
• Promote Domino products and aftermarket range to customers.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to deliver value to customers.
