Job summary

Ricoh Canada Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Edmonton, AB to service and repair office equipment, primarily multifunction printers, for local customers.

The role requires diagnosing, installing and retrofitting devices, managing customer relationships and territory logistics to ensure high satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have post-secondary technical education, strong electro-mechanical knowledge, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a technical specialization.
• Candidates should possess strong electro-mechanical and electronics knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair a core set of mid-volume multifunction devices at customer sites.
• Diagnose, install, remove and retrofit equipment as required.
• Manage territory, inventory and customer relationships to maintain service levels.
• Meet productivity targets and complete required training on new equipment.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and repairs on B&W, color and multifunction devices.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
