• Assist with unloading and moving equipment.
• Evaluate and diagnose equipment for warranty and non-warranty repair to determine economical repair solution.
• Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical/electrical/hydraulic repairs.
• Go on service calls to customer locations as needed.
• Documentation of receipt and final repair of equipment.
• Delivery and pickup of rental machines and parts as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe Service Center environment.
