Job summary

April Super Flo is seeking a field service technician to install sensors in customer tanks, perform configuration and validation, and support customers with the mobile application. You will diagnose basic issues, train clients on system usage, and document all interventions.

Travel to client sites is required, and you will collaborate with internal teams while following health and safety regulations. The role requires French fluency and a valid driver\'s license, with occasional English

Qualifications

• DEP or equivalent experience in hydraulics/pneumatics, mechanics, IT, or related field.
• Experience with technical equipment installation or field service is an asset.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and online platforms.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Install sensors in customer tanks and perform initial configuration and validation.
• Diagnose and resolve basic issues related to installed equipment.
• Train and support customers in using sensors and the mobile app.
• Explain system operation, benefits, and best practices to customers.
• Document interventions with installation reports and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams and adhere to health and safety regulations at client sites.
