Job summary

Sani Marc Inc. seeks a Service Technician to travel within Centre-du-Québec to install, repair, and service our products for agri-food and health clients. You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and deliver after-sales support from a dedicated service vehicle.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and organizational skills; bilingual English/French is preferred. This is a permanent full-time position with a company-provided vehicle and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Highly organized with process understanding.
• Post-secondary courses in Electro-Mechanical, Electricity and/or Mechanics are assets.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and travel to client sites.
• Bilingual English/French to serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Install systems and equipment at clients' locations.
• Diagnose problems and repair systems in the agri-food industry.
• Handle service calls and assess client needs.
• Communicate work schedule and follow up with clients.
• Provide value-added after-sales service.
• Support other departments as needed.
