Job summary

Manurep Sales Inc. in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking an experienced Install & Commission professional to lead on-site installation, commissioning, and servicing of filtration systems.

You will work with our Engineering team to assemble in-house and perform JSA before every job. The role requires 5+ years in field service or related settings, strong troubleshooting, ability to read prints, travel globally within Canada/US/international, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Technology diploma or degree, or equivalent hands-on experience with filtration equipment.
• 5+ years in an applicable industry, ideally in field service, installation, commissioning, or a factory setting.
• Solid grasp of the industrial/mining aftermarket and its customers.
• Comfort reading prints and technical drawings.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and passport, with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install & Commission filtration systems, machinery, and wear-material components at customer sites.

Service & Troubleshoot

Inspect, service, and repair equipment on-site and remotely

Diagnose equipment and component failures, and lead root cause analysis

Provide remote troubleshooting support to customers

Travel to customer sites across Canada, the U.S., and internationally

Support & Grow the Business

Complete detailed service reports after every site visit

Support the warranty process and follow technical procedures

Promote K Factor products, services, and OEM spare parts

Spot new sales and future-work opportunities in the field
