Job Description

Are you passionate about building relationships and driving growth? As a Field Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in expanding our client base by securing new opportunities and creating tailored solutions. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy the challenge of growing a territory, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets by developing a territory-specific growth plan.
  • Meet or exceed prospecting activity expectations as determined by Sales Management.
  • Secure prospective client appointments via targeted telemarketing, drop-offs, cold calling, and other strategies.
  • Update sales software database regularly as advised by Sales Management.
  • Prepare for client appointments by researching clients, tailoring sales materials, and utilizing available resources.
  • Meet with prospective clients to secure their business.
  • Implement follow-up meetings to complete the sales process.
  • Coordinate with client partners to meet installation timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop new skills and contribute positively to our team and customers.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in a service industry.
  • Ability to develop new business and generate leads within an assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Valid driver’s license required for client visits.
